*** -saute garlic and shallots until soft. -add in prawns -when cooked, add all the vegetables. -cook for 1-2 minutes. -add salt n white pepper accordingly. -leave to cool
- peel one layer of popiah skin -spoon one tablespoonful of the vege mixture into one corner of the skin. -roll up. -stick the end with some water. -deep fry until golden color. -serve with chilli sauce.
