Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan, two 9 inch round cake pans, or three 8 inch round cake pans.&lt;br /&gt;   2. Griskan tin kek berukuran 10x7x3 atau 20 - 23 cm springform. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;   2. Ayakkan tepung bersama dengan baking powder dan ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;   3. Satukan mentega, susu, esen vanila dan pukul sehingga gebu dan ringan (apabila diangkat dengan spatula, adunan tidak jatuh). Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;   4. Kemudian dalam bekas lain, satukan telor, ovalette, air, gula, campuran tepung tadi dan pukul sehingga kembang dan rata.&lt;br /&gt;   5. Masukkan adunan mentega (no. 3) ke dalam adunan no. 4. kacau rata.&lt;br /&gt;   6. Keluarkan 1/4 adunan dan campurkan dengan serbuk koko dan chocolate emulco. Kacau hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;   7. Masukkan 3 senduk adunan plain ke dalam tin dan 1 senduk adunan cokelat. (&lt;br /&gt;   8. Ulangi sehingga habis adunan.&lt;br /&gt;   9. Ambil chopstick dan buatkan bentuk marble.&lt;br /&gt;  10. Kemudian bakar pada suhu 180C selama 45 - 50 minit atau sehingga masak (ikut oven masing-masing).&lt;br /&gt;  11. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and prepare a cake pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl, and set aside. In a mixer beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.&lt;br /&gt;3. Beat in the eggs one at a time follow by vanilla. Then slowly beat in flour in 3 addition alternately with milk.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lastly fold in the blueberries. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted near center of cake comes out clean about 1 hour or until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;5. Cool cake in pan on rack 10 minutes. Blend in vanilla essence and brown sugar. Spoon mixture into bowl and refrigerated until firm.  &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Divide mixture into 20 g portion into ball. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.&lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;h5&gt;For Topping:. &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Beat butter and icing sugar in electric mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed for five minute until mixture is light and fluffy. &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Gradually beat in eggs. Mix in coffee flavouring.  &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Sift flour onto mixture and mix on low speed until combined.  &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Refrigerate until ready to use.&lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;h5&gt;For Sweet Dough:. &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Mix sifted flour, castor sugar and salt in electric mixer with dough hook on low speed for one minute. Mix in yeast.  &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Add egg and water or milk. Mix on low speed for another minute. Mix on medium speed for eight minutes.  &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Mix in butter. Mix five minutes more on medium speed until soft, smooth and elastic(but not sticky) dough forms. &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Remove dough from mixture and shape into a ball. Divide the dough into 55 g portions(should get 17 portions).  &lt;/h5&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;h5&gt;Roll each portion into a ball. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus memutar hingga kembang dan gula hancur. Masukkan susu pekat dan gaul rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perlahankan speed dan masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis, gaul rata. Bahagi adunan kepada 2 bahagian yang sama banyak. Satu dibiarkan tanpa warna dan satu bahagian di campur dengan susu cair, serbuk koko dan coklat emulco. Gaul hingga sebati.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang secara berselang seli antara adunan tanpa warna dan adunan coklat dalam tin yang telah dilenser dengan mentega dan dasarnya dialas dengan kertas minyak. I learn to cook this almost 7 years ago.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pasta of any shapes (amount vary according to no. of people)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8-10 ripe tomatoes (make sure its ripe-u don't want to end up with very sour dish)&lt;br /&gt;500gm beef, minced&lt;br /&gt;olive oil&lt;br /&gt;1 large onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;6 garlic, chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp tomato puree&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp dried basil (optional)&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp dried oregano&lt;br /&gt;button mushrooms (sliced thinly)&lt;br /&gt;carrot, diced&lt;br /&gt;celery, diced&lt;br /&gt;salt&lt;br /&gt;sugar&lt;br /&gt;pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;- cut an 'X' shape at the bottom skin layer only of all tomatoes. Pour boiling water until covering all the tomatoes. Leave 1-2 minutes. the skin will easily come off at this stage. Just peel it off. Chopped the tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;- Heat 3 tbsp olive oil, saute onion and garlic until soft.&lt;br /&gt;- add in minced beef. Fry until well cooked (not red bits)&lt;br /&gt;- pour in the tomatoes. Leave to cook in with slow fire until little juice left. (about 30 minutes-depends of the amount of juice from the tomatoes)&lt;br /&gt;- add tomato puree, basil and oregano. A few years back ( about 3 years ago), my Mr AB wanted me to cook 'Nasi Daging'. I am familiar with nasi biryani, nasi minyak, nasi hujan panas, but not nasi daging. I search here and there, but couldn't find the right recipe.&lt;br /&gt;So, he described that the rice should have this and that...and voila...I 'created' this recipe. I have improvised here and there. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, tumis bawang kisar dan cili kisar hingga wangi. Masukkan tomato puree, sos tomato, sos tiram dan sos cili, kacau rata. Masukkan belahan bawang besar, masak sebentar dan tuang kicap cair. Masukkan daging (kalau guna) dan tuang sedikit air, biar daging empuk, baru dimasukkan udang dan crab stik. And every time we had curry for meal, my son have to have it with bread.&lt;br /&gt;Being too lazy to make a trip to the nearest groceries store, so I baked one.&lt;br /&gt;I got the recipe from some online recipe site, make some changes, and voila…bread for the family.&lt;br /&gt;Even though the recipe said ‘white bread’, mine was brownish… ☺ ..I used whole meal bread flour instead of the regular high-protein flour…. Need me to remind us all of the 2007 resolution??-eat healthily, add more fiber in our diet. ☺&lt;br /&gt;I halved the recipe, baked only one loaf.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;White Bread&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* 2 cups warm water (45 degrees C)&lt;br /&gt;* 1/4 cup white sugar&lt;br /&gt;* 1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast&lt;br /&gt;* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt&lt;br /&gt;* 1/4 cup vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;* 6 cups bread flour&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water, and then stir in yeast. Allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam. (about 10minutes)&lt;br /&gt;2. Mix salt and oil into the yeast. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;3. Punch dough down. Knead for a few minutes, and divide in half. Shape into loaves, and place into two well oiled 9x5 inch loaf pans. Allow to rise for 30 minutes, or until dough has risen 1 inch above pans.&lt;br /&gt;4. I adjusted the recipe a bit, to make it less sweet. And since the photo is still in my iPhoto collection, might as well post it here today.&lt;br /&gt;Got the recipe a few years back from an internet site, could not remember which.&lt;br /&gt;Do give it a try.
